Winchester, Kentucky. I purchased the company and worked alongside the original
founders of The Jackson Biscuit Company because I felt a deep sense of pride and
loyalty to Kentucky craftsmanship and tradition. Much of my adult efforts have been
dedicated to preserving the history and customs of "Southern Hospitality".
When you read the histories of the south you will find the tradition of beaten
biscuits deeply rooted in the customs of genteel southern living." |
